From Facebook they assure that this new resource is different from the virtual assistance options that now exist in the market, since it will not only limit itself to offering information on specific doubts, it will also invite users to take concrete actions that could benefit the business of some signatures. David Marcus, vice president of messaging products for the social network, said in a statement that through this resource a user “can buy things, give their loved ones various presents, make restaurant reservations, prepare trips and much more.”
Thus, Facebook M will go beyond providing recommendations and will have the ability to perform real tasks for the consumer, thanks to the fact that its operation will be based on both technological programs as well as a group of people trained to attend each of the queries.
